Beef And Cheese Pizza Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
    4 c. hot water
    1 (12 oz.) can corned beef
    1 tsp. salt
    1 bay leaf
    several twists freshly ground black pepper
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar meatless spaghetti sauce
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 lb. Monterey Jack or Muenster cheese, sliced
Preparation
    In large skillet with lid, combine macaroni, hot water, corned beef, salt, bay leaf and black pepper.
    Bring to boil, stirring to break up meat.
    Reduce heat and boil gently, covered, 20 minutes, stirring frequently.
    Add spaghetti sauce, water and garlic powder.
    Return mixture to boiling and cook, covered, 10 minutes longer.
    Dot top with cheese.
    Cover; melt cheese.
