Mammaw'S Banana Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 whole eggs
1 tsp. soda
1/2 c. chopped pecans
2 c. flour
3 bananas, mashed
4 Tbsp. buttermilk

Preparation

Cream shortening and sugar.
Beat in eggs, soda, flour and buttermilk.
Stir in bananas and pecans.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
Cool on racks.
