Banana-Nut Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. salad oil
3 well beaten eggs
1 tsp. soda
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. mashed bananas
1 c. coconut (optional)
2 1/2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix in usual order and pour into well-greased and floured tube cake pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour to 1 hour and 20 minutes.
