Blueberry Sour Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
    1 (8 or 9-inch) pie crust
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    1/4 c. granulated sugar
    1 egg yolk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    whipped cream and additional berries (for garnish, optional)
Preparation
    Spread blueberries in crust.
    In a small bowl, combine sour cream, sugar, egg yolk and vanilla.
    Pour over blueberries.
    Bake in preheated oven at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until set and lightly brown at edges.
    Chill.
    Serve as is or garnish with whipped cream and a few berries.
