Hot Cross Buns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. warm water
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    7 c. flour
    1/3 c. margarine
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. raisins
    1 egg white
    1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
Preparation
    Soften yeast in warm water.
    Scald the milk and cool to lukewarm.
    Add the yeast mixture, 2 tablespoons of the sugar and 2 cups of the flour.
    Beat until smooth.
    Let rise until light and full of bubbles.
