Special Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 lb. pasteurized process cheese spread
parsley sprigs (optional)
1 lb. mild natural Cheddar cheese
1 medium onion, finely chopped
chopped nuts, chili powder or minced parsley
1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Let cheese reach room temperature.
Use electric blender or mixer; blend cheese until smooth and creamy.
Add Worcestershire sauce and onion; mix well.
Chill.
Shape into 2 balls.
Garnish with parsley, if desired.
Serve with crackers.
Yields two (2 1/2-pound) cheese balls.
