Chili Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. Jack cheese, shredded
    1/2 lb. Longhorn cheese, shredded
    1 or 2 (7 oz.) cans chilies, cut into strips
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. flour
    dash of salt
    1 (13 oz.) can milk
Preparation
    Combine all the ingredients; bake, uncovered, in a casserole, 8 x 8.
    Set oven at 350\u00b0 and bake until consistency of custard. Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
    Double recipe for 9 x 13-inch pan and triple for 12-inch round.
