Indiana Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. whole kernel corn
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. Accent
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
    1 (32 oz.) can tomato juice
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. cubed squash
    1/2 c. okra, sliced
    1 tsp. garlic
    hot sauce to taste
Preparation
    Brown beef in large skillet.
    Drain off fat.
    Add all remaining ingredients and simmer 2 1/2 hours or until veggies are tender.
    Serves 6 to 8.
