Cheese Pastry Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter, softened at room temperature
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. flour
    dash of garlic salt or powder to taste
Preparation
    Soften cheese at room temperature; add butter, flour and garlic salt.
    Mix well with hands to consistency of butter. Pinch off piece of dough and roll in palm of hand, then flatten and wrap around large pimento-stuffed olive.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for approximately 10 minutes or until golden brown.
