Italian Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 to 2 shakes garlic powder
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 envelope spatini
    3/4 pt. sour cream
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
    1 medium chopped onion
    8 oz. shell macaroni
    1 can tomato paste
    1 large can stewed tomatoes
    8 oz. Provolone cheese
Preparation
    Brown beef and onion.
    Add garlic, tomatoes, drained mushrooms, spatini and tomato paste; simmer for 20 minutes.
    Cook and drain macaroni.
    Put half on bottom of baking dish.
    Cover with half of the meat sauce, sour cream and all of the Provolone. Layer the rest of the macaroni, meat sauce, sour cream and Mozzarella.
    Cover and bake for 25 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
