Pecan Praline Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. light brown sugar (packed)
1/2 c. butter or margarine
2 eggs
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. soda
2 c. sifted plain flour
3 heaping Tbsp. cocoa
1 Tbsp. vanilla

Preparation

Warm buttermilk and shortening in separate bowl.
Sift flour; set aside.
Sift brown sugar, soda and cocoa together.
Add eggs and beat well.
Add liquid mixture alternately.
