Chili Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 medium tomato, seeded and cubed
    1/2 c. pitted black olives, chopped
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    1/2 tsp. Dijon style mustard
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. basil
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    2 Tbsp. parsley or dill weed
    finely chopped lemon zest
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together in large bowl.
    Serve on French or Italian roll.
    Top with sour cream, sliced scallions and grated Monterey Jack cheese.
