Easy Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
    2 Tbsp. melted margarine
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 onion, minced
    4 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Combine potatoes, margarine, sour cream, soup and onion in bowl.
    Mix well. Spoon into baking dish.
    Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.

    6 servings.
