Barbecued Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops (3/4-inch thick)
    2 lb. bacon drippings
    1/2 c. catsup
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1/3 c. vinegar
    1 c. water
    1 bay leaf
Preparation
    Brown chops on both sides in drippings.
    Mix remaining ingredients and pour on chops.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour in covered baking dish or simmer on top of stove.
    If baked in oven, uncover dish the last few minutes if needed to brown chops.
