Special Mashed Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes
    3 eggs, raw
    2 eggs, boiled
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    chopped onion (as desired)
    sweet pickle relish (as desired)
    mustard (as desired)
    pepper (as desired)
Preparation
    Peel, slice and boil potatoes.
    Mash and add raw eggs while hot.
    Add remaining ingredients and top with sliced eggs.
    Add onion, relish, mustard and pepper according to taste.
    Serve warm or cold.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
