Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
4 large red onions, sliced
1 Tbsp. flour
2 c. chicken broth
1 can beef broth
1 c. water
1/4 c. dry white wine
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
6 oz. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Melt butter. Add onion. Blend flour. Stir in broth, water and wine, then bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes. Put in individual bowls. Put slice of Mozzarella cheese on top. Put in 350\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes to melt cheese.
