Mashed Potato Bake - cooking recipe

5 lb. potatoes, cooked and mashed
1 c. sour cream
1 large can Durkee French fried onions
2 c. Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Combine mashed potatoes and sour cream. Place 1/2 in casserole dish; layer 1 cup cheese on potatoes and 1/2 of French fried onions on cheese. Spread rest of potatoes on top of onions, then spread rest of cheese on potatoes, then onions. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
