Supper Nachos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground round
    1 large onion, chopped
    40 oz. refried beans
    2 (7 oz.) cans chopped green chilies
    5 c. shredded Jack or Cheddar cheese
    2 c. taco sauce
    1/2 bunch chopped green onions
    small can chopped ripe olives
    3 avocados, mashed
    2 c. sour cream
    8 c. nachos
    salt
    pepper
    parsley
Preparation
    Brown beef and onion with salt and pepper; drain.
    Spread refried beans in a shallow 11 x 17-inch pan.
    Top evenly with meat, then green chilies with shredded cheese over chilies. Drizzle taco sauce over cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and cover with onions (tops too) and chopped ripe olives.
    Heat 10 minutes more.
    Mound center with avocados; surround with sour cream and sprinkle with parsley.
    Quickly tuck nachos around edges.
    Serves 8 to 12.
