L.K.P. Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    3 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1/2 c. cornflake crumbs
    1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Peel and quarter potatoes.
    Roll in melted butter, then in crumbs.
    Place in a baking dish.
    Bake 1 hour at 400\u00b0.
