Taco Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    4 green onions, sliced
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 envelope taco seasoning
    1 can pinto beans
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 (8 oz.) bag plain tortilla chips
    taco sauce
    sour cream
Preparation
    In a large skillet, brown beef; drain.
    Add onions, garlic, tomato sauce, mushrooms and taco seasoning.
    Simmer 15 minutes. Mash beans with their liquid and add to meat mixture.
    Layer tortilla chips, meat mixture and cheese, ending with cheese in a 2-quart casserole dish.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Serve with taco sauce and sour cream.
    Serves 6 to 8 people.
