Mostaccioli Mosta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped
    1 c. black olives, chopped
    2 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
    1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
    1 lb. pkg. mostaccioli
    2 Tbsp. softened butter
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
    1 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
Preparation
    In large skillet, cook ground beef and onion; drain excess fat.
    Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, olives, Parmesan cheese, seasoned salt, oregano and crushed pepper.
    Simmer 15 minutes. Prepare mostaccioli according to package.
    Toss with melted butter.
    Arrange in a 3-quart shallow baking dish.
    Pour on meat sauce.
    Top with Mozzarella cheese.
    Place under broiler for 2 to 3 minutes until cheese melts.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
