Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/2 green pepper, diced
    garlic salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2 or 3 drops Tabasco sauce
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 lb. crab meat
    1 beaten egg
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute first 6 ingredients until tender in the butter.
    Combine rest of ingredients and add to sauteed mixture.
    Shape into cakes. Roll in flour.
    Brown quickly and cook 5 minutes.
