Tomatoes, Mac And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
    1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes with liquid, cut up
    1/2 tsp. onion salt (optional)
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine macaroni, tomatoes, onion, salt, pepper and 1 1/2 cups Cheddar cheese.
    Pour into a greased 2-quart baking dish.
    Dot with butter.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese; bake 15 minutes longer.
    Yield:
    4 servings.
