Broiled Shrimp In Beer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. raw medium shrimp, shelled
    2 c. beer
    1 Tbsp. chopped chives or 2 tsp. scallion tops
    1 Tbsp. fresh parsley
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Thoroughly combine beer with all other items on the list in a large bowl.
    Marinate shrimp in mixture overnight in refrigerator. Stir occasionally so shrimp are evenly seasoned.
    Drain shrimp and broil 3 inches from flame for about 2 minutes on each side. Serve immediately.
    Serves 4 to 6.
