Cheese Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. plain flour
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. grated cheese
    2/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Cut in shortening.
    Add cheese.
    Add milk and stir to form a soft dough.
    Roll thin and cut into small biscuits.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 approximately 8 to 10 minutes.
