Pepper Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 large green peppers
12 large red peppers
12 medium onions
2 1/2 c. sugar
3 c. white vinegar
3 Tbsp. salt
Preparation

Put all peppers and onions through grinder/processor after seeding and cleaning.
Cover with boiling water for 10 minutes. Drain, then return to pan.
Add sugar, vinegar and salt.
Boil for 10 minutes.
Seal in jars while hot (pint jars).
Great on hamburgers and hot dogs.
