Sauerkraut Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground or cubed pork or beef
    1 large stick celery, chopped
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1 large can sauerkraut, washed and drained
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can water
    8 oz. pkg. Kluski noodles
Preparation
    Boil and drain noodles al dente.
    Set aside.
    Brown meat and drain.
    Add celery, soup mix and sauerkraut and simmer for 1 hour. Mix soup and water and heat.
    Add to meat mixture and add noodles.
    Pour into greased casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
