Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
1 3/4 c. Bisquick reduced fat baking mix
3/4 c. 2% milk
1/3 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
3/4 c. fresh or frozen, thawed and drained blueberries
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Line 12 medium muffin cups with paper baking cups or grease bottoms of muffin cups.
Beat egg slightly in medium bowl; stir in remaining ingredients except blueberries just until moistened.
Fold blueberries into batter.
Divide batter evenly among muffin cups.
Bake 13 to 18 minutes or until golden brown.
Immediately remove from pan.
Makes 12 muffins.
