Barbecued Shrimp(From My Brother'S Restaurant) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. shrimp, cleaned and deveined (tails intact)
    1/4 lb. cheese (Provolone, Muenster, Monterey Jack)
    1/4 lb. fresh bacon, cut in halves
    barbecue sauce (your favorite)
Preparation
    Clean
    shrimp,
    leaving
    tails
    intact.
    Place
    a small piece of
    cheese
    between shrimp.
    Wrap a small piece of bacon around shrimp
    and secure with toothpick.
    Place under broiler and cook for
    about
    2 or 3 minutes, turning once.
    Baste with barbecue sauce and cook an additional minute.
    Serve at once.
