Corn-Chili-Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
1 (4 oz.) can green chilies
1 jar diced pimentos, drained
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 eggs
1/2 c. corn meal
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
2 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation

Mix ingredients together and put in 9 x 13-inch buttered pan. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
