Eggplant Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 eggplant
    1 c. cauliflower (small segment)
    1 c. white distilled vinegar
    1 c. water
    2 small hot peppers, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    salt to taste
    olive oil
Preparation
    Peel eggplant and cut into narrow strips.
    Combine water and vinegar.
    Bring to boil.
    Boil cauliflower 1 minute.
    Take out with spoon to drain.
    Boil eggplant 1 minute and drain.
