Pan Peaches - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 gal. peaches, sliced with peelings on
3/4 c. vinegar
6 to 8 c. sugar

Preparation

Put sugar and vinegar on peaches and cook until thick.\tSeal in jars or freeze.\tThis makes great fried pies.
