Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. yellow squash
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. green pepper, finely chopped
    1 egg
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Cook squash and onion together in butter until tender (no water).
    Add remaining ingredients and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
