Ruth Ann'S Gourmet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    2 c. shredded sharp cheese
    1/4 c. butter
    1 1/2 c. sour cream (room temperature)
    1/3 c. chopped green onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in skins.
    Cool, peel and slice.
    Fold all ingredients with potatoes and turn into a greased 2-quart casserole.
    Dot with butter.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Serves 8 to 10.
