Aunt Barbara'S Frozen Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. crunchy peanut butter
1 c. confectioners sugar
1/2 c. milk (skim works)
1 (9 oz.) container Cool Whip, thawed
peanuts
2 graham cracker pie shells
Preparation

Put into blender the cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar and milk; blend until smooth.
Pour into big bowl.
Fold Cool Whip into mixture.
Pour into pie shells.
Top with nuts to decorate. Freeze.
Remove from freezer about 20 minutes before serving. Serves 6.
