Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium sweet potatoes
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust
Preparation
    Boil sweet potatoes until tender.
    Drain, peel and mash potatoes or beat in mixer.
    Add sugar, butter, eggs, milk and vanilla.
    Pour into 9-inch pie crust and bake 10 minutes at 425\u00b0, then 45 to 50 minutes at 325\u00b0.
