Spareribs And Sauerkraut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. spareribs (serving size portions)
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (No. 2 1/2) can sauerkraut
Preparation
    Pack into kettle and barely cover with water.
    Add salt and simmer until tender, about 1 hour.
    Add sauerkraut, pushing kraut down into meat stock.
    Cook 30 minutes more.
