Red And Green Cabbage Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. orange juice
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. sesame oil
1 tsp. wine vinegar
1 tsp. finely chopped fresh ginger root
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 small head cabbage (green or red), about 1 lb. each
1 Tbsp. thinly sliced scallions (optional)
Preparation

In large bowl, combine vegetable oil, orange juice, soy sauce, sesame oil, vinegar, ginger, garlic and pepper.
Using fork, beat well to blend; set aside.
