Apple Kuchen(12 Servings) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1/2 c. flaked coconut
1 can pie-sliced apples, well drained
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. dairy sour cream
2 eggs yolks or 1 egg
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cut butter into dry cake mix until crumbly.
Mix in coconut.
Pat mixture lightly in ungreased baking pan (13 x 9 x 2-inch), building up edges slightly.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Arrange apple slices on warm crust.
Mix sugar and drizzle over apples.
(Topping will not completely cover apples.) Bake 25 minutes or until edges are light brown.
Do not overbake. Serve warm or cold.
