Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    6 slices bread, cubed
    2 c. milk
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1 lb. hot sausage
    1 lb. mild sausage
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Beat eggs with milk, salt and mustard.
    Brown sausage and drain excess fat.
    Place bread cubes in buttered 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
    Add sausage and sprinkle with cheese.
    Pour egg mixture over bread, sausage and cheese.
    Refrigerate ovenight.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
    Serves 8 to 10.
