Crunchy Pea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. frozen baby peas, thawed
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped cauliflower
1/4 c. diced green pepper
1 c. chopped cashews
1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. Hidden Valley Ranch salad dressing, prepared
crisp, cooked and crumbled bacon
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except bacon.
Chill.
Just before serving, place lettuce leaves on serving platter and put salad over lettuce and sprinkle with crumbled bacon.
Serve chilled.
