Ingredients

1 1/4 c. milk
1 c. light corn syrup
3/4 c. Bisquick mix
1/4 c. margarine
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 can (3 1/2 or 4 oz.) flaked, shredded coconut
Preparation

Grease 9-inch pie plate.
Place first 6 ingredients in blender and cover.
Blend on low speed 3 minutes.
Pour into pie plate. Let stand 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with coconut.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted between center and edge comes out clean.
Store in refrigerator.
