Scalloped Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stewing hen, cut up
    salt and pepper
    1 stalk celery
    1 bay leaf
    1 c. cooked rice
    pimento (if desired)
    2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    4 well beaten eggs
    1 can mushroom soup
    2 c. chicken broth, strained
Preparation
    Place chicken in kettle. Add celery and bay leaf. Salt and pepper.
    Add water to cover.
    Simmer until done.
    Remove from bones and add rest of the ingredients.
    Pour into baking dish. Cook 45 to 55 minutes at 350\u00b0.
