Baked Custard(Makes Six 4-Ounce Servings) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 eggs, beaten slightly
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. sugar
Preparation

Dissolve sugar and salt in milk.
Add vanilla.
Bring to a boil.
Add to eggs and mix lightly.
Place in custard cups. Place cups in pan of hot water (not boiling).
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
Center should not be quite set.
Custard cooks after removal from oven.
A knife inserted between center and outer edge should come out clean.
Cool.
