Rice Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. finely chopped onions
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. mustard
1/4 c. diced pimiento
4 boiled eggs
1/2 c. sweet pickles
Preparation

Blend all ingredients thoroughly.
Chill.
Serve on lettuce leaves, if desired.
