Tuna Stuffed Potatoes(English Supper) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 medium Irish potatoes
    butter or margarine
    salt and pepper
    parsley
    1 large can water packed tuna
    1 c. sour cream
    6 to 8 strips bacon
Preparation
    Scrub potatoes and poke holes in them.
    Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for about 1 1/2 hours.
    Cut slice from top and scoop out flesh.
    Mash it along with butter, salt, pepper and parsley.
    Add flaked tuna (drain first).
    Add sour cream.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Fill shells with mixture.
    Place one strip of crisp bacon on top of each potato. Return to oven.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
