Curry Glazed Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breast halves or chicken tenders
2 Tbsp. margarine
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp. honey
1 tsp. curry powder
Preparation

Pound chicken breasts to 1/4-inch thick or just bake longer. Melt margarine in a baking dish at 375\u00b0.
Stir in mustard, honey and curry powder.
Add chicken and bake 10 minutes.
Turn chicken and bake another 10 to 15 minutes.
Good served with rice.
