Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked rice (Comet or any kind)
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 soup cans water
    1 fryer chicken, cut up, or preferred chicken pieces
Preparation
    Mix soup and water together.
    Wash rice.
    Spread into ungreased 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
    Place chicken, spaced, on top of rice.
    Add the soup and water mixture.
    Salt to taste. Cover dish tightly with foil.
    Bake 30 minutes in a 425\u00b0 oven, then remove foil and bake 30 minutes more.
    Will be light brown and very tender.
