Three Cheese Stuffed Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box giant shells for stuffing
    12 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. parsley
    Parmesan cheese
    32 oz. Ricotta cheese
    2 (48 oz.) jars Prego spaghetti sauce with mushrooms (or equivalent)
    12 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    pepper to taste
    4 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Cook
    shells,
    drain
    and cool.
    Mix all cheese (except Parmesan),\teggs and seasonings in a large bowl.
    Stuff cheese mixture
    into shells.
    Pour spaghetti sauce on bottom of two 9 x 13-inch pans.
    Place stuffed shells in pan, close together. Top with
    sauce
    and Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1/2 hour.
    Serves 6 to 12.
