Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. crushed pineapple
    1/2 jar pimento
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese
    8 oz. cream cheese
    2 green onions, chopped
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Have cheese at room temperature.
    Combine all ingredients except pecans in mixer.
    Chill.
    Shape into 2-inch balls and roll in chopped pecans.
    Chill until ready to serve.
    Yields 2 balls.
